Improve the UI of Comments: No need for an icon for annotations

Proposal: Drop the icon and make the annotated text in content clickable. When clicking the annotated text, the annotation opens.

Behavior details:

The highlighted text should be interactable.
Interactive objects in the highlighted text will take priority and disable the highlight selection ( https://forum.xwiki.org/t/no-more-view-annotation-icon/16104/6 )
On hover, the highlight changes color.
On click, the comment popup opens.
Be careful with the contrast between standard text and highlight colors.
