Wiki editor still loses cursor position after tab switch

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Sandbox page in the wiki editor
2. Scroll down and put your cursor somewhere in the middle of the text
3. Switch to another tab (pressing Ctrl + Tab)
4. Switch back to XWiki (pressing Ctrl + Tab)
5. Type something

Expected result:

The text is entered where you put your cursor in step 2.

Actual result:

The page jumps to the start and the text is entered at the beginning of the document.

While not as annoying as XWIKI-23681, I think this is still quite annoying and definitely a regression - with XWiki 17.8.0 I have the expected behavior.
