Pagination button icons duplicated in the history tab on pages with a LiveTable

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any page with a LiveTable, for example /xwiki/bin/view/Help/Applications/Movies/
2. Open the history tab.

Expected result:

The UI looks the same as on other pages.

Actual result:

On pages with just one history page, you get different, cut-off icons:

On pages with several history pages, you get something like

The reason for this seems to be that the LiveTable CSS overrides the pagination icons.
