Absolute references pointing to current page are not updated on rename

Steps to reproduce

• Create page Sandbox.P1.WebHome and insert an image with an absolute reference to it: [[image:Sandbox.P1.WebHome@image.jpg]]
• Rename that page to Sandbox.P2.WebHome
• Other test: insert simple link to Sandbox.P2.WebHome

Actual result

Page P2 contains the initial absolute references while references relative to the renamed page would be expected. This results in a broken image or broken link.

Prefixing the image reference with attach:and the link with doc: does not change the result.
