Resizing Live Data columns moves them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Live Data like the index of pages
2. Resize any column by clicking on one of the handles between the columns and move the mouse, e.g., to the left
3. Release the mouse button and continue moving the mouse

Expected result:

The column is resized but not moved, resizing stops after releasing the mouse button.

Actual result:

Instead of resizing the column, the column is moved, when releasing the mouse button, moving stops but resizing the column doesn't stop until the user clicks again. See also the attached screen recording (though it might not be as visible).

This seems to be triggered by the update to Vue 3 in 17.4.0, I cannot reproduce in 17.3.0.
