Error in javascript when opening bin/view/WikiManager/

After upgrading out xwiki installation from 16.10.14 to 17.10.2 some administrative pages doesn't show the expected content and on the Developer tools an error is shown

Affected pages:

• bin/view/WikiManager/
• bin/view/Main/AllDocs

The reported error is:

Uncaught TypeError: The specifier "vue" was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything. Relative module specifiers must start with "./", "../" or "/". main-f8CZwdfg.js:1:648

This causes that no table is shown to list all existing wikis or all documents in the current wiki.

This affects only the main wiki.

bin/view/Main/AllDocs works correctly when opened for an sub-wiki
