Inconsistencies in the "underline inline links" preference

A few inconsistencies have been pointed out with the system introduced in XWIKI-20827 :

• Hover state for preference=No is broken
• Underlining on the search page entries names should not be here
• Underlining on the search page version numbers should not be here
• Underlining from breadcrumbs found in the page content should not be here
• Search filter items should not be underlined. Seen on xwiki.org but not XS
• Underline from the selectize links that comes with icons should not be here.
• Navigation elements should not be underlined
