The 'More Actions' button is larger and the 'Quit tour' button icon is not centered anymore after upgrade to Font Awesome 7

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a wiki page
2. Observe the size of 'More Actions' button
3. Go to a LiveData (e.g. on WikiManager page)
4. Observe the size of 'More Actions' button as well
5. Go to Home page
6. Click on 'Show Tour' button from the bottom right of the page
7. Observe the 'Quit tour' (close) button

Expected results

The 'More Actions' button is sized properly in width (like it was before upgrade to Font Awesome 7 (see the attached screenshot).

Also, the 'X' icon on the 'Quit tour' (close) button from the Tour app is centered vertically and horizontally.

Actual results

The 'More Actions' button's width is larger now (see the attached screenshot) and the 'X' icon on the 'Quit tour' (close) button from the Tour app is not centered anymore.
