The reflex property is not displayed correctly when creating a tour step

    Description

      Note

      The bug was probably in tour before the extension got merged in XS. 15.9-rc-1 is the version where tour became part of XS (XWIKI-21412) the real cause is TOUR-57.

      Reproduction steps

      1. Go to a tour and edit it
      2. Edit or add a step
      3. Observe the reflex field of the form

      Expected

      The reflex property has a pretty name and an hint

      Actual

      The reflex property as a technical name (TourCode.StepClass_reflex) and no hint.

      PS: The hint is a best practice, so I mentioned it, but all fields of the form are missing a hint.
