The Tour button popover tip is still targetable after page refresh

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Main page
      2. Add a comment
      3. Collapse the right panel in order to bring the comment actions button close to the 'Show tour' button
      4. Refresh the page (F5)
      5. Click on some comment actions buttons (e.g. 'Delete', 'Permalink', etc)

      Expected results

      The buttons can be clicked.

      Actual results

      The buttons cannot be clicked.

      It seems the 'closed' class is still added after loading the page instead of the 'hint-closed' class that is added when the tooltip closes.

      However, if clicked on 'Show tour' button, then closing the tour, after the tooltip closes, the buttons can be clicked as expected.
