The edited content is not re-rendered after a macro call is updated

When a macro call is updated (through the macro wizard, see XWIKI-24048) the macro needs to be re-rendered, sever-side. Moreover, since the macro output can depend on other macro calls on the same page, we actually need to re-renderer the entire edited content. Apart from the security implications (i.e. make sure the macros are executed with the right of the current user editing the content, i.e. the user that updated the macro parameters), we need to see how this content reload interacts with realtime editing.
