Minor Description
When loading the inline editor, a floating toolbar appears.
If the user increases the size of the left panels, the toolbar can end up over the panel content. This is reducing the usability of the panel. Note that the toolbar can be hidden and reshown in the right place. The problem does not happen for the panel toggling action, because it just makes the toolbar disappear. This might be a correct solution to the problem with the resizing action.
