Navigation panel keyboard focus should look similar to `:focus-visible`

    Description

      When navigating the navigation panel tree with arrow keys, the current focus is highlighted with a slight grey background. It's difficult to see it, it should be easier to spot and use a style closer to the default ":focus-visible" style.
