Big major version increase on office import

Hello !

When I import an office document either by using the template on documentation creation or by importing the document with the import macro while editing.
This import is done in multiple pass and each pass bump a new major version.

Then on creation of a new document it can be already at version 5.1 for example immediately after creation.

I understand there can be a need for multiple passe in this process and they may need a save at each step.

But I expect at least for them to bump only minor revisions.
And to be a version 1.5 after the process instead of 5.1.

I think only a human explicit decision should bump a major revision.
