Align Section title levels with corresponding HTML H elements and remove the class attribute for section titles

    Description

      Right now a level 1 section title generates a H2. Make it generate a H1 instead.
      In addition remove the class="heading-1*" attribute.

      Rationale:

      • More logical to have H1 for level 1 titles
      • The class attribute is not required since the H information already contains the semantic
