Inline links in message boxes are not underlined

With the default link underlining preference ("only inline links"), Flamingo underlines the links inside the page content and in a few inline UIs outside it, but not the links inside the text of a message box (#xwikimessageboxstart). For example, the name of the user holding the lock in the "This page is currently locked by <user>" notice of the administration (admin.vm) or of the inline edit (editinline.vm) is a link that you can only tell apart by its color. With link #2f70a7 on text #333333 the contrast is 2.4:1, below the 3:1 minimum, so it fails WCAG 1.4.1 ("Links must be distinguishable without relying on color", axe rule link-in-text-block, serious impact).
