More hard coded Date Format in templates.

    Description

      Right the format is hardcoded to be dd/MM/yyyy. Make it generic by using the formatDate() API with a single parameter (ie without specifying the format). The format will then be taken from the "dateformat" property of XWiki.XWikiPreferences and if it doens't exist it'll default to "yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm".
