Develop the initial feature set for the Office Importer module

Develop the initial feature set which includes :

• Ability to select either xhtml or xwiki 2.0 syntax.
• Import office documents with basic formatting elements (bold, italic, underlined, strike, superscript, subscript, links etc etc.).
• Import office documents with tables.
• import presentations (ppt, odt).
• Import excel worksheets.
• Import documents with embedded images.

Finally, integrate the xwiki-plugin-officeimporter and xwiki-application-officeimporter into XE.

Note : Ability to import documents with lists and tables will be limited until embedded document support is available in xwiki 2.0 syntax.
