. key acts like the delete key at the end of the list items

In a list such as:

* one
* two

edited in the WYSIWYG, hitting the . key at the end of "one" behaves the same as hitting the delete key, i.e. moves the "two" item one list item up

This behaviour was noted on FF 3.0.7.
