Save the selection before the editor looses focus and restore it when it gains it back (IE)

In IE there is only one selection object which retrieves ranges from the active document. This means that when the editor looses the focus (and thus the edited document is no longer active) the selection object returns range from the parent (host) document. When the editor gains the focus back the previous selection is lost.
