Improve the way macro/parameter description is shown

Macro description should be displayed in the Select Macro dialog, under each macro, and in the Edit Macro dialog under the macro name. Parameter description should be displayed under each parameter input in the Edit Macro dialog. Right now this descriptions are displayed as tool tips and thus are not easily accessible.
