Include the default value in the macro parameter descriptor

Non-mandatory parameters have a default value. It may be useful to know this value when editing macro parameters with a visual tool like the WYSIWYG editor. For instance, if a parameter has boolean or enum type then the default value could be selected or pre-filled.
