After clicking on the link send in the registration email, it says
"Your account has been activated. You can now login."

The link to login points to xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/%7B0%7D . It appears this is the result of a failed substitution "

{0}

" resulting in the aforementioned invalid "login" link.

The registration email however contains the correct links:

Hello FerretLegging Palin,

Your account on ... has been successfully activated. You can now login at .../XWiki/XWikiLogin using your username (FerretLeggingPalin).
