Allow to login using a global account when a local one with the same name exists

Use case:

• I have a global xwiki:XWiki.User account, with higher privileges
• I have a local XWiki.User account
• They have the same password
• I want to login from the local wiki (maybe because the main one is protected for security reasons)
  With the current code, this is not possible.
