getLinkedPages and other links function are not handling relative links properly

In page

Test1.Test1

put

[[Test2]]

In page Test2.WebHome put

velocity
$xwiki.getDocument("Test1.WebHome").getLinkedPages()
/velocity

It will return Test2.Test2 instead of Test1.Test2
