Select Editor tab "Objects".
In "Add Object" side-panel, if you forget to select a proper option and leave "Select a Class" selected and click "Add Object from this Class" directly....

where one notes a bogus new entry – "XWiki.---[0]:" – with no "data" just a link to "remove this object"
you can remove it and no harms done, but it should not have been allowed to happen in the first place.
