In admin.vm the product version is used as XE version

    Description

      XWiki.getVersion is supposed to return the product version (XE version in XE, XEM version in XEM, etc.). Problem is that in a empty wiki admin.vm suggest to download XE xar but assume that XWiki.getVersion return XE version.
