Add support for connecting to an external (local) openoffice server process

This feature was available in early versions of officeimporter but with the upgrade of jodconverter (to 3.0-beta) it was dropped. It needs to be added back because in most of the cases admins would not like to manage the openoffice server process within XE even though it seems easy / fancy (security concerns and SOC).
