Officeimporter does not set document title correctly

There are two problems here:

1. If the document is not split, no title is set.
2. Document title is not calculated correctly, because it rips off any special characters present.

This need to be fixed such that,

1. A title is set always.
2. The title allows special characters except line-feed and new-line characters.
