XAR Import fails to import a page with windows 1252 characters

    Description

      When a page name has a special windows 1252 character you can view it, export it but not import it

      To reproduce:

      1/ Create a page with a special char

      Test'Test

      (curly quote)

      2/ export

      3/ import

      It will be skipped
