broken russian symbols (charsert) when use officeimporter

When I try to use officeimporter all russian symbols are broken. This situation exists when I use officeimporter from file in a wysiwyg editor or if I use xwiki menu "Page from office document". If I use officeimporter from clipboard - all is ok. And one more interest thing - my document is a multilingual - English, Russian, Romanian. Strange, but only russian symbols are broken. Romanian special characters are ok! All environment use utf-8: in OS, in Oracle, in Jetty, in XWiki, in OpenOffice. There and everywhere is utf-8 ... but unfortunatly, russian are broken. Maybe is it possible to solve? Thanks beforehand!
