New Action module

It would be nice to have the XWikiServlet and the Action ComponentRoll working so that new actions can be added as components instead of adding them to the old (deprecated?) struts based system. Sergiu suggests mapping XWikiServlet to /* which will provide for short URLs while disallowing action names which are the names of existing servlets.
These include:
bin, wiki, testbin, xwiki, xmlrpc, webdav, and XWikiService.
I agree with this method as short URLs are needed and there are relatively few servlet names to avoid.
