Remove the rough edges of silk icons [ from Action Menu ]

When converted from .PNG to .GIF the silk icons present some disturbing rough edges. On a dark color background this looks bad because of those edges. Removing this inconvenient is possible by saving the current .gif icons in another way not to display the very transparent pixels anymore and to convert to solid color the pixels with little transparency.
