A header not explicitly closed directly followed by a list, a white space and closed by two NL fail

Ok the title is not great but i can't find more precise content to make it fail yet...

= header<NL>
* list<NL>
<SPACE>
<NL>
<NL>

Note that there is also another issue according to the general rule: the list should not be interpreted since we are still in the header content which support only inline content.
