Wiki macros based on user or wiki are not unregistered

Wiki macro manager catch document modification event and then use unregistermacro api with the document reference which mean that it's trying to unregister the macro in its current state instead of its former state.

Basically this mean it's impossible to unregister a macro and when you change the visibility of the macro well it does not really change it's just extended since the macro is still part of its former visibility associated component manager.
