Description
When XWiki is behind a reverse proxy (e.g. when running on a Tomcat behind an Apache web server with mod_proxy on) the URLs created by the XWikiServletURLFactory are absolute and don't preserve the https protocol (e.g. if Apache forwards the requests to Tomcat using http the created URLs use http even though the initial request received by Apache used https).
