getSpaces and getSpaceDocsName named queries don't order the result set

getSpaces and getSpaceDocsName named queries don't include an order by clause generating thus unordered results. This affects the REST resources that use this named queries and indirectly the XWiki Explorer tree that uses REST to fetch the list of spaces and the list of pages from a given space.
