Overescaped user name in pdffooter.vm

The name of the user that created the document is escaped twice.
Steps to reproduce:

• Change the first name of your user to something like O'Connor
• Edit Main.Test
• Export Main.Test to PDF or look at the following URL:

  http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Test?xpage=pdffooter
