empty title in section editing blocks saving when titles are mandatory

    Description

      When XWIKI-5293 is applied, titles are mandatory. Though when editing a section, the (non-existing) title-field is there and empty (XWIKI-5431), preventing the user from saving unless they type some dummy info in this title field.
