In some conditions a newly created wiki does not have the standard classes

I'm no 100% how to easily reproduce it but the issue is that the classes initialization look at a context property called "initdone" but this is actually already set by accessing to main wiki which make the newly created wiki to not be properly initialized because part of the initialization process is fooled by this property.
