Lock on document lost when using "Save and continue"

    Description

      Hi all,

      I find a bug, When I editing a document with WYSIWYG 2.0 and I click on 'Save and Continue', I lose the Lock on this Document. And another user can modify this document, but I editing too.

      I test with wiki editor, it's the same problem.
