Gadget titles in the dashboard should be internationalizable

    Description

      The titles of the gadgets in the dashboard, currently read from the macro titles, should be internationalized. Currently they are displayed in English, regardless of the wiki language.

      One example where this is happening is on Main.WebHome (which includes Main.Dashboard which uses a dashboard macro, since XE-722).
