Improvements on the Add Gadget and Add Column button

I would Like to propose improving the Add Gadget and Add Column buttons.

I don't like at the moment 2 facts:
1.The button is green, and the add icon is green
2.Text size seems a little bit too big IMO.

I've attached present image and also my suggestion. Also, Caty's input would be valuable.
