In WYSIWYG Link popup the insert button sometimes is only accessible using scroling

This was already worked on by using a scroll bar on the search results, but this seems to not be enough. Sometimes the insert button is out of the window and only accessible using a scrolling.
This has been reported by a client and should be of higher priority.
