Improve the name of the options in the Watchlist drop down

I want to suggest the drop-down text for the Watchlist Notifications to be changed.

I've attached a screenshot on how it looks in present.

Steps to get to the drop-down :

• Login as any existing user
• From the top of the page, click on your user drop-down, then go to Watchlist
• Click on the small pen corresponding to Watchlist Preferences
  -You'll see a drop-down box+

My suggestion is to change the text from:

<blank Field>
WatchList Daily Email Notifier
WatchList Hourly Email Notifier
WatchList Weekly Email Notifier

To:

Disabled (being the first option, and the default one)
Hourly
Daily
Weekly

(in this order)
