Adding an 'about me' tab to the userpage XWiki/<userid> and also that being the first tab.

    Description

      Currently the user profilepage has a number of tabs on the left side: "Profile, preferences and watchlist".

      What is missing here is the opportunity for a user to have his own personal page.
      If the page would also have an "about me" tab and that being the first tab, that would be a nice addition.

      And also prevent users from making pages like "Main.AboutBob", "Main.MyJohn", etc.
