Add an explanation next to the fields in user profile

    Description

      Some users asked questions about the "Enable extra accessibility features" field in the preferences section of the user profile.
      It would be nice to display an explanation next to it.
      Here is a proposal :
      "add some visual elements that help visually impaired people naviguate the Wiki. For instance, all links are underlined"
