For textarea properties, the html comment is processed by the 'del' filter

When displayed, textarea class properties also print a html comment, like <!-- Text Editor -->. When displaying such properties within the document content, it is interpreted by the 'del', or 'strike' filter, causing invalid html, unexpected content, etc.

I don't know if this comment is needed, but I think it should be removed.
