When enabling multilingual mode, MainPage displays all the languages even if they are not enabled

    Description

      Steps to follow to reproduce:

      -Login as Admin
      -Go to the Administer XWiki, set Multi Lingual option to Yes.
      -In the Language field, insert some languages (en, ro, ca)
      -Save this configuration and go to the main page.

      Result:
      -Under the Administrator menu (top) you'll see a list of languages, even if they are not enabled.

      Note :
      1.This bug appears only when viewing the MainPage.
      2.This bug affects both Colibri and Toucan skins.
