"My Recent Modification" panel depends of other user modifcations

If two user have edited the same page one after another then the second modification has a consequence to make disappear the page of the list page in panel "My Recent Modification" of the first user.

It's normal when you see the code but it's not correct regarding the panel name "My Recent Modificaiton".
